Registration fees

The following are the costs for registering to WSDM 2013.

The main conference lasts from February 6 to 8, 2013. The workshops and tutorials take place on the days of February 4 and 5, 2013.

Full and ACM-member registration to the main conference includes permission to attend all talks and poster sessions, conference proceedings, lunches for the days of the conference, coffee breaks, two receptions, and one ticket for the banquet.

Student registration to the main conference includes permission to attend all talks and poster sessions, conference proceedings, lunches for the days of the conference, coffee breaks, and two receptions. It does not include a ticket for the banquet.

Workshop/tutorial-only registration includes permission to attend all the workshops and tutorials, lunches for the days of workshops/tutorials, and coffee breaks.

By November 30 for Conference only; By December 22 for Workshops/Tutorials or Conference + Workshops/Tutorials

• ACM Members (conference only): 500 euros
• Non-ACM Members (conference only): 575 euros
• Student (conference only): 275 euros

• Workshop/Tutorial (with conference) ACM Members: 80 euros per day
• Workshop/Tutorial (with conference) Non-ACM Members: 80 euros per day
• Workshop/Tutorial (with conference) Student: 60 euros per day

• Workshop/Tutorial (without conference) ACM Members: 125 euros per day
• Workshop/Tutorial (without conference) Non-ACM Members: 125 euros per day
• Workshop/Tutorial (without conference) Student: 80 euros per day

For example:
An ACM member registering for the conference and one day of workshops/tutorials pays: 500 + 80 = 580 euros.
A student registering for the conference and both days of workshops/tutorials pays: 275 + 2 * 60 = 395 euros.

• ACM Members (conference only): 575 euros
• Non-ACM Members (conference only): 675 euros
• Student (conference only): 325 euros

• Workshop/Tutorial (with conference) ACM Members: 100 euros per day

• Workshop/Tutorial (without conference) ACM Members: 150 euros per day

• Workshop/Tutorial (without conference) Student: 100 euros per day

Other fees:

• Extra banquet ticket: 80 euros

1. All registration fees are in Euros.

2. For ACM Member Registration, please provide ACM Membership number during the online registration.

3. For Student Registration, you MUST be a full-time student at the time of the conference in February 2013 (not the time of paper submission). An official and valid student ID from a full-time enrolled institution must be scanned and sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 1. 4. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased during your online registration. They can also be purchased at the registration desk if not sold out.

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in Euros by credit card at the online registration page.

Cancellation policy

• There is a 20% fee if you cancel before December 31, 2012
• There is a 50% fee if you cancel between January 1, 2013 and February 1, 2013
• There is no refund after February 1, 2013
